Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud
• Build and maintain Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM) dashboards and lenses
• Develop complex SAQL queries and SAQL bindings to support dynamic dashboards and advanced analytics
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, including SQL Server
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across analytics solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide performance tuning and optimization
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud
• Strong experience in Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM)
• Proficiency in SAQL, including advanced queries and SAQL bindings
• Experience in building interactive dashboards and reports
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and complex SQL queries
• Good understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
• Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
