Financial Modelling & Data Analytics Manager Campion Pickworth is partnering with a leading financial advisory firm to recruit a Data Analytics Manager within its banking and capital markets practice. This role presents a strong opportunity for someone looking to apply deep technical and modelling expertise while working closely with stakeholders across a fast-paced, high-performing team. Key Requirements: Degree in a highly numerate subject such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, or engineering Experience delivering analytics or modelling solutions within financial services, either in a consultancy or industry setting Good working knowledge of financial products, including areas such as loans, mortgages, and derivatives Strong attention to detail, with experience reviewing code, analytical outputs, and supporting documentation Hands-on experience working with data, including data validation, cleansing, analysis, and visualisation Advanced Excel capability, alongside proficiency in at least one tool or language such as Python, SQL, or Tableau Experience supporting, mentoring, or overseeing junior team members, with an interest in contributing to their development Naturally analytical, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Desirable: Progress towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g.
