Lead – Analytics Support & Client Profitability (Banking) A global financial services organisation is seeking a senior analytics leader to head up a frontline support team for a flagship client profitability platform used across corporate and commercial banking. This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of data, finance, and business—supporting relationship managers and senior stakeholders with insight into client performance, return metrics, and portfolio optimisation. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a specialist analytics support team delivering against SLAs in a fast-paced environment Act as the key interface between business, finance, and technology teams to resolve complex data and reporting queries Drive continuous improvement across processes, automation, and data quality Own stakeholder engagement across global teams, influencing decision-making and prioritisation Partner with IT and product teams to enhance platform capability and user experience What we’re looking for: 10+ years’ experience in banking analytics, finance, or data-led roles Strong understanding of financial metrics, profitability models, and client analytics Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environments Technical exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, or similar Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance awareness
