Data Analytics Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analytics Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data-driven

initiatives. This role bridges business stakeholders, data teams, and leadership to ensure

analytics projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate cross-functional teams including data analysts, data engineers, and business

stakeholders

Translate business requirements into analytics solutions

Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests

Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are followed

Track project progress using KPIs and report status to leadership

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Drive adoption of analytics solutions and ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or

related field

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in data/analytics projects

Strong understanding of data analytics lifecycle (data collection → processing →

visualization → insights)

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
