Job Overview We are hiring Senior Data Scientists with deep expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Production ML systems . The ideal candidate should be a hardcore deep-tech professional with strong experience across LLMs, RAG, NLP, and end-to-end ML lifecycle , along with the ability to work in a customer-facing and team leadership role . Key Responsibilities AI/ML & GenAI Development Design and build solutions using LLMs, VLMs, and RAG architectures Develop Agentic AI systems and intelligent workflows Work across full ML lifecycle: data preprocessing → modeling → deployment Machine Learning & Deep Learning Implement models using NLP, Transformers, and Computer Vision (CNNs) Work on predictive analytics, time series forecasting, and advanced ML use cases Optimize model performance and scalability MLOps & Deployment Build and deploy ML models using FastAPI/Flask on AWS/Azure Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based deployments Ensure production-grade ML systems Data Engineering & Collaboration Work with Azure, ADF, Databricks for data pipelines Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business problems into AI solutions Lead teams and mentor junior data scientists Required Skills GenAI & AI/ML LLMs, VLMs, RAG Agentic AI Systems NLP, Transformers, Prompt Engineering ML/DL Frameworks Python TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras MLOps & Deployment Docker, CI/CD FastAPI / Flask AWS / Azure Data Engineering Azure Data Factory (ADF) Databricks Additional Expertise Computer Vision (CNNs) Time Series Forecasting Key Requirements Strong experience in customer-facing roles & team handling Excellent communication skills Hands-on experience across end-to-end ML lifecycle Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Work on cutting-edge GenAI & LLM-based solutions High-impact, client-facing role Opportunity to build and scale production AI systems
