Data Scientist

Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Data Scientist to join their team! The Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in analyzing coaching and sales performance data to identify correlations and predictive insights. The objective is to build models that recommend effective coaching actions to improve sales outcomes.

The role involves deep statistical modeling, including correlation analysis and regression models, and will contribute to building a coaching recommendation engine using machine learning and reinforcement learning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse data sets to identify key insights and correlations between coaching and sales outcomes.
• Develop and implement statistical models to predict and recommend effective coaching actions.
• Continuously update and improve models based on new data and outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate models into a comprehensive AI recommendation system.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data science and statistics with the ability to perform complex statistical analyses.
• Experience in building and running regression models and predictive models.
• Knowledge of machine learning, reinforcement learning, and AI tools.
