Job Description
This position serves as Deputy Director for the Threat Analysis and Incident Response organization, a key member of the CESER senior leadership team. The TAIR assesses and mitigates risks to the energy sector by working with industry and government partners. It leads response and recovery efforts for cyber, physical, and natural incidents impacting the energy sector, providing situational awareness, facilitating technical assistance, regulatory waivers, and expertise to support restoration.

Technical Qualifications (TQs)
- TQ 1: Expert leadership experience leading the development, implementation, collaboration and administration of organization-wide programs.
- TQ 2: Demonstrated executive leadership experience in directing threat analysis activities and incident response planning for an organization.
