You will work alongside ourHeadteacher and our committed, caring and hardworking team to continue drivingschool improvement, raising aspirations and securing the best possible outcomesfor every pupil. As DeputyHead and SENDCo this is a pivotal role.

Has a proven track recordas a SENDCo acting as an advocate for pupils and securing their best outcomes. Has proven leadership,management and interpersonal skills, inspiring confidence and excellence inothers.
Is an independent thinker;looks for creative and innovative solutions and is confident in taking risks,learning from every opportunity. Has a sound and confidentunderstanding of safeguarding procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being ofall. Has the ambition,resilience and commitment to contribute to the strategic leadership of ourschool.
Will lead by example, inspiring,motivating, challenging and supporting colleagues to further improve teaching,learning and pastoral care.
