Job Title- Deputy Planning Manager Location- Bengaluru (Devanahalli)Working hours- 9:00 am - 6:00 pmWorking days- Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday working. Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage project master programme and fortnightly/monthly construction schedulesPreparing Tender and BOI schedulesMonitor project progress (design, tenders, purchasing, construction) and update master programme accordinglyMonitor contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipmentPropose plans for works acceleration and documentation management, related to contractor's delays & EOT claimsAssist project manager in preparing monthly reports (PPR & MPR)

Required Education & SkillsDiploma, BTech, or Bachelor of Engr Degree (Civil)Minimum 7-9 years experience in the building construction industry with at least 3-5 years in a planning position.Candidate with experience of working in a Planning position for hotel projects will be preferred.Excellent command of MS Project (knowledge of Primavera is a plus)Good technical knowledge of civil construction acquired as construction engineerGood ability to read & review drawingsGood command of English and ability to write minutes of meting and reportsProficient with MS Word and ExcelGood interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management
