Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for leading a team for the preparation, execution and management of the DTRA resource portfolio
• Support the PM with providing oversight of a team supporting agency program and budget development, formulation, execution and manpower resource requirements.
• Support the PM with leading a team that incorporates best practices into the management and controls structure of Financial Management for: Program and Budget Support, Financial Operations, Finance and Accounting, Cross-cutting Comptroller Support, Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) support, and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Financial Systems Sustainment Support.

Skills:

• Team Leadership in a Comptroller (Financial/Budget) environment
• Project Management experience including financial tracking, quality control of deliverables and project staffing experience
• Strong federal audit/internal controls experience
• Proficient in understanding Federal, DoD, FAR, and DFAR regulations, guidelines, standards, and concepts; or other relevant industry policies and best practices
• Strong communications skills
• At least 8 years of experience supporting large program/projects

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Program Management with cost, schedule and performance responsibilities
• Experience working in a program office for systems development and acquisition or similar organization
• CDFM/CGFM, FM or PMP preferred
• Bachelor’s in Business Management, Accounting or Finance preferred
• Qualify for Secret or TS/SCI
