Responsibilities of this role: Lead on safeguarding and child protection within the organisation Identify, record, and respond to safeguarding concerns Make referrals to children’s social care and other agencies Liaise with professionals (social workers, police, health, schools) Ensure policies and procedures are followed Support staff on safeguarding issues Maintain confidential records Promote a safe culture for children and vulnerable people Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent) Must have minimum of 3 years Post Qualifying experience working as a social worker Benefits of working through Reed, include: Dedicated Recruitment Consultant.
