AEDC operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units located in six states.
Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world. AEDC is one of three installations which are part of the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), one of six subordinate commands of the Air Force Materiel Command organization, and an important national resource.AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight tests. Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.Open to internal and external candidates.

ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryBeyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enterprise Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. As a Digital Enterprise Analyst, you will work as a member of the Digital Enterprise (DE) Branch in the Mission Information Systems directorate to lead the implementation of data-centered projects and digital transformation initiatives to improve the AEDC ground test data infrastructure, facility operations, and business systems.
The person selected for this role will work closely with multidisciplinary work teams throughout the Beyond New Horizons (BNH) organization to drive digital innovation and enterprise modernization efforts that will advance the capabilities and strategic objectives of the DE team; responsible for driving project success, improving operational efficiency, and providing critical support to team initiatives.AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight test. Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers. Job Duties:Leads and executes Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.
QualificationsMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for various digital initiatives.Analyze existing business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and digital automation.Prepare and provide reports for assisting the DE Branch with tracking and controlling the scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments.Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.Leverage tools like Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to streamline enterprise processes.Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all digital platforms.Gather, document, and translate DE branch requirements into technical specifications for digital solutions.Assist with the project management team to track procurements and oversee the installation of hardware as needed.Delivers specialized training frameworks across enterprise teams for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, creating standardized best practices that ensure consistent implementation and security compliance.Develop and implement automated workflow solutions using enterprise tools (e.g., Power Platform) to streamline administrative and cross-departmental business processes.Support the DE branch in the coordination of meeting notes report creation, planning team meetings, and summary processes for the branch. It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy. Perform other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:College Degree from an accredited University. In lieu of college degree, candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in IT related field. Current U.S.
Citizenship is required.
