Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a high-ownership Acquisition Lead who can drive new customer growth at scale. This role will own P0 metrics - New Customer Lifetime - across paid, organic, and social channels for Ecommerce (D2C) Scale Up with City Wise growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Acquisition & Growth (Primary KPI Owner)
- Own and drive new customer acquisition across channels
- Optimize for CAC, conversion rates, and customer quality (LTV)
- Build scalable acquisition funnels from first touch to first purchase
- Identify high-performing cohorts and double down on them
2. Paid Marketing (Performance Engine)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and attribution
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategies
- Optimize blogs, category pages, and product pages for ranking
- Collaborate on content strategy for search intent + conversion
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion from SEO
4. Social Media for Acquisition
- Leverage social platforms to drive top-of-funnel traffic and discovery
- Work with content/creative teams to create high-performing acquisition content
- Understand what content converts vs what engages
- Support performance campaigns with strong organic signals
5. Experimentation & Analytics
- Run continuous A/B tests across channels (ads, landing pages, creatives)
- Analyze funnel metrics: CTR → CVR → CAC → LTV
- Build insights from data to guide scaling decisions
- Work closely with product/UX teams to improve conversion
Key Metrics You Will Own
- P0 Metrics: Traffic, sessions, reach
- Acquisition Metrics: New customers, CAC
- Efficiency Metrics: CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Quality Metrics: Conversion rate, LTV
