About the Role:
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our B2B demand generation engine. You'll be responsible for integrating paid media, CRM, email marketing, and our web presence into a cohesive, always-on program that drives qualified pipeline and measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on strategic role — you'll move between building campaigns and presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders, with full ownership over the results.
What you’ll do:
• Run and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google & display
• Own website performance, landing pages & conversion funnels
• Build full-funnel email and lead nurturing programs
• Manage CRM, segmentation & lifecycle workflows
• Track performance, CAC, and pipeline impact across channels
• Partner closely with sales on lead quality and funnel velocity
• Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns
What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years in B2B digital marketing
• Strong experience in paid campaigns & conversion optimization
• Hands-on with CRM tools (Zoho, Apollo, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Bonus: Experience in SaaS/EdTech, ABM, SEO
