As a Direct Care Team Manager, you are a leader who helps both people and teams succeed.

You support direct care staff, coordinate day-to-day services, and help create safe, supportive environments where individuals can grow and move toward greater independence. This role is hands-on, meaningful, and ideal for someone who enjoys leading others while staying connected to the people we serve.

What You'll Do:

As a Team Manager, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

• Lead and support direct care staff to provide quality, person-centered services
• Make sure each individual's support plan is followed and updated
• Help manage daily home operations, schedules, medications, and appointments
• Provide hands-on direct care and create a safe, positive home environment

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who values person-centered care
• A leader who's comfortable supervising staff and also jumping in to provide hands-on support when needed
• A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments
• A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation
