We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Processing Manager to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in New York with a 4‑day in‑office expectation per week.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple teams and oversees a core operating area in Client Processing. Handles any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing, and problem resolution.
- Responsible for resource allocation and for ensuring projects are on schedule and to budget.
- Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
- Sets departmental budgets and conducts resource planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 10‑15 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 3‑5 years in management.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Benefits & Compensation
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $127,000 and $281,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs. Additionally, the role offers flexible global resources and tools, generous paid leaves—including paid volunteer time—and a strong focus on health, personal resilience, and financial goals.
This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
