The Media Group’s Growth Strategy team is hiring a Director of Strategic Development tosupportbusiness and Product teams by providing context and analysis to informthe prioritization of the most impactful and highest ROI growth initiativesfor the business.Their day-to-day focus will bepartnering with Peacock Productand cross-functional stakeholderstosizeemerginggrowthopportunities.The individualin this rolewill need to bestrategic,analytical, and highly collaborativeto succeed.This role will report into the VP,StrategicGrowth& Development.Therole will require the individual to:
- Analyzebusinessrationaleforproposed growth initiatives, and deliverclear,objective insightsto informthebusinessprioritizationdecisions
- Assess proposals and benchmark against a broad set of case studies and 1stparty analyses
- Whereneeded, develop financial models fornew opportunitiestofacilitatecomparison
- Revise and refineabovefinancial modelsto reflect the latestinitiative scope and timelineasdefined by Productto supporton-going prioritization of initiatives with the highest ROI for the Media Group
- Partner withProduct Analyticsteams to develop targets forgreenlitinitiatives,track progress towards their targets,andenable astrategic feedback loop to business teams to improve go-forward decision-making
- Collaborate with the Product Ops team to continually improve theprioritizationprocess that Product Managers use to prioritize features
- Partner with Product Analytics to help PMs deeply understand company financial goals and how they connect with more granular KPIs
- Develop a deepexpertisein the Peacock product and product roadmap; be a knowledgeable resource for fellow business stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experienceinbusinessstrategy,analytics,andplanning
- Substantial exposure to product development processes
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Robust communication and collaboration skillsto drivealignment in matrixed organization
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities
- Curious, collaborative, and passionate problem solver with a powerful desire to understand the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’
- Bachelor’s degreerequiredwith substantial quantitative coursework
- MBApreferred
Desired Characteristics:
- Understanding ofmedia landscape includingstreamingmetrics and concepts
- An excellent grasp of media economics and industry trends
- Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Strong public speaking skills
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

- Salary range:$155,000 - $185,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
