Job Description
Collaborates with executives, VPs, leaders, and IT teams to understand progress and manage client expectations. Partners with corporate, divisional, and senior executives to drive value through new IT initiatives. Standardizes the IT planning model to ensure consistency in processes, communications, and strategies.
Acts as a liaison between central IT and regional leaders during the roadmap development and planning cycle. Leads short and long-term planning sessions with stakeholders to assess and prioritize business demands. Manages the planning pipeline, roadmaps, and executive status reporting.
Provides leadership and program management for IT-related business strategies. Participates in IT governance committees and related committees. Identifies and analyzes pipeline performance insights to support decision-making.
Source new strategy opportunities through market research, industry reports, healthcare and technology conferences, and insights from peer and professional networks. Other duties as assigned. Creates IT work plans that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
Develops customer-specific business strategies tailored to the assigned region or functional shared service area.

Pay Range
$127,310.90 - $236,789.66
