Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)Compensation & IncentivesSalary Range: $145,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)Incentive Bonus: 17.5% – 26.25%Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basisPosition OverviewA high-volume acute care hospital in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the Emergency Department.
