Key ResponsibilitiesGroup FP&A Collaboration & SupportCollaborative Financial Support: Act as a key member of the Group financial team, collaborating closely with Group financial leadership to support overall FP&A work streams and group-level reporting requirements.Budgeting & Forecasting Assistance: Support the consolidated group annual budgeting, long-range planning (LRP), and rolling forecast processes, providing regional data and insights to ensure alignment with group-level financial objectives.Data Synthesis: Assist in translating operational drivers into financial outcomes as part of the broader group finance team, ensuring data consistency across global entities.Overseas Entity Controllership & GovernanceEntity Oversight: Serve as a Controller for designated overseas entities, overseeing financial processes, compliance, and reporting integrity to ensure they meet group standards.Operational Integration: Lead and execute financial integration for newly acquired entities or business units (M&A integration), ensuring a smooth transition into the group’s financial framework and internal control environment.Process Standardization: Monitor and optimize financial workflows within overseas entities to enhance reporting efficiency and "audit-ready" compliance.Business Partnership & Decision SupportFunctional Partnership: Act as a collaborator to regional stakeholders and country managers, providing necessary financial analysis on capital allocation and ROI to support business decisions.Insight Generation: Identify financial risks and opportunities within regional operations, providing actionable data to the group finance team for strategic review.Operational ExcellenceReporting Efficiency: Support the streamlining of the closing-to-reporting cycle, ensuring high-quality management reporting packs are delivered to headquarters within accelerated timelines.Digital Support: Participate in regional finance transformation initiatives, including ERP (SAP) enhancements and the adoption of automation tools as directed by the group. Your ProfileExperienceTrack Record: 10-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years of senior-level focus on FP&A and Reporting within a complex matrix organization.Industry & Breadth: Deep experience in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Proven success in contributing to regional finance hubs in Singapore or other Aisa area.Professional Service Background: Prior experience in a Big 4 firm or consulting firm is highly regarded.Technical SkillsExpertise: Mastery of relevant accounting/financial report standard, complex financial modeling, and tax planning.Systems: Proficiency in SAP and advanced data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau).
Experience in supporting system migrations is a plus.Communication & LanguageInfluence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with regional functional leaders and global finance partners.Language: Native or professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively collaborate with stakeholders in Greater China and manage regional reporting requirements.CredentialsChartered Accountant (CA Singapore), ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
