We are building a lead engine that converts high-intent parents into paying clients. The RoleWe are hiring a Social Media Producer to own the strategy, messaging, and performance of all social content.This is not a basic posting role.You are responsible for creating content that directly drives:Qualified inquiriesBooked familiesRevenueYou will:Decide what content gets madeCreate hooks, scripts, and messagingAnalyze performance and adjust in real timeContinuously improve conversionOwn publishing and platform optimizationMaintain quality control across all contentMonitor performance and surface insights quicklyYou will have direct visibility into how your work impacts real revenue. You will work alongside our Director of Brand Growth, who manages:Our Client Management tracking system (Salesforce)Paid ads built from your top-performing contentROI tracking and analytics systemsYour responsibility: Make sure the content converts into measurable results and provide those results to the Brand Growth Director.
