Position: Director, Paid Search
Role type: Full-time
Location: New York City, New York | Dallas Fort‑Worth, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida
Compensation: $125,000 - $195,000 USD
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Use deep-practice knowledge to deliver highly successful campaigns.
- Plan, deliver, and measure campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients.
- Develop and implement guidelines and processes.
- Actively lead and develop the Paid Search best‑practice roadmap.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring standards and timelines.
- Play a key leadership role in the practice, growing capability and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Paid Search delivery knowledge with 6+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable success optimizing Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
- Developing understanding of how channels work and optimize together.
- Natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
- Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about quality and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of others.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail; methodical and process-oriented.
Success Metrics
- Live the culture code every day.
- Effective campaign creation and delivery metrics.
- Meet internal targets for technology adoption and process optimisation.
- Hit quality assurance metrics on all campaigns led.
- Meet client satisfaction targets (internal & external).
- Learning certifications created and met across the practice.
