Job Description Summary:
The Director Program Management is a key leader in driving the development and commercialization of new product and packaging innovations for the North America Operating Unit. This role partners with Business Team Leaders in a Joint Leadership Model to deliver cross‑functional innovation initiatives utilizing the Common Innovation Framework (CIF), supported by standard tools and enabling processes.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead cross‑functional projects and programs across assigned product category(s).
- Secure, align, and manage cross‑functional resources to deliver project objectives.
- Develop, manage, and execute integrated project plans and timelines.
Guide projects through the Stages and Gates process and ensure accurate, timely Workfront records.
- Facilitate identification of project risks and establish actionable risk management plans.
- Provide clear, timely verbal and/or written project updates.
- Present project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership during key forums (e.g., Stages & Gates, One Technical Voice).
- Execute project close‑outs and lead project reviews to capture learnings and performance outcomes.
- Consult with and influence leaders across multiple functions to support decision‑making and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements for commercialization and CIF Program Management tools and workflows.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree a plus.
5+ years of related work experience leading business process improvement initiatives, project management, and change management leadership.
Strong project / program management capabilities (PMP certification a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
Expertise in innovation, supply chain and/or technical function(s).

Pay Range: $150,000 – $172,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30%
Annual Incentive reference value is a market‑based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
