Responsibilities

• Excel at managing a team that ensures compliance through policy, process, tools, training, and governance, and engages with senior leaders to align across the business.
• Collaborate with each business department, Legal, Regulatory, and others to deliver plans.
• Maximize efforts by conducting briefings and presentations as required to keep leadership informed and to secure decisions.
• Thrive in an office environment, travel infrequently, and be available for calls outside of normal business hours to achieve company objectives.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Services for goals and guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of management experience and 8+ years managing complex programs or projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Technical skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Documenting, preparing, and delivering data‑driven presentations. Effectively analyzing and interpreting data sets.
• Abilities: Demonstrated management skills by leading teams of program and project managers and the ability to build high‑performing teams.
