**JOB SUMMARY**The Director of Revenue Management Strategy is responsible for analyzing and maximizing net ticket revenue for Oceania cruises. This includes enhancing booking curve methodology and tracking, spearheading and evaluating promotions, and overseeing initiatives to maximize revenue or generate cost savings. Position will also include creating the budget and forecasts for operational ticket revenue.
Responsible for leading specialized teams across Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Strategy as well as partner with cross functional sales & marketing teams to maximize revenue performance for the luxury brand portfolio.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*** Drive brand‐level revenue optimization through advanced analysis of booking performance, pricing, promotions, and inventory controls.* Own and evolve forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and reporting methodologies to inform executive decision‐making.* Define and execute pricing, promotional, and deployment strategies aligned with market trends and competitive dynamics.* Monitor booking curves and sailing performance to identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions as needed.* Lead and develop multiple revenue management teams across Pricing & Inventory, Revenue Strategy, and Systems Operations.* Partner cross‐functionally with Itinerary Planning, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, IT, Product, and Analytics to ensure end‐to‐end pricing and execution alignment.* Enhance revenue management models, systems logic, automation, and analytics to improve scalability and performance.* Represent Revenue Management in cross‐functional forums, ensuring strong alignment with brand and commercial strategy.* Foster a high‐performance, data‐driven culture through coaching, talent development, prioritization, and performance management.**QUALIFICATIONS****DEGREE TYPE:**Bachelor's Degree**FIELD(S) OF STUDY:**Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.**EXPERIENCE*** 7+ years progressive experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy (cruise, travel, hospitality, or similar highly dynamic environments preferred).* Proven leadership of multi‐disciplinary teams with responsibility for pricing, forecasting, modeling, or systems operations.* Strong analytical, financial, and problem‐solving skills, with expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, and yield management.* Demonstrated ability to influence cross‐functionally and drive organizational alignment.* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS*** Expertise with data/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).* Strong command of data quality, best practices, system workflows, and operational processes.* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage execution while influencing strategy.**ABOUT NCLH** Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
