Job Description
A global IT services and consulting firm is hiring a Salesforce Engagement Director to own Salesforce program delivery, commercial growth, and customer success for a strategic account portfolio based out of Dallas, TX. The role combines full delivery accountability with revenue and margin ownership, engaging with client stakeholders at the VP and CXO level, and leading multi‑cultural teams across a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical resources across the Salesforce program, nurturing their technical and professional growth.
- Manage program budgets and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery.
- Continuously improve program management processes and delivery methodologies.
- Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability, and actively contribute to the planning and execution of system testing.
- Define and execute the long‑term approach and plan for Enterprise Solutions, with quarterly and monthly KPIs.
- Build and manage client relationships at the VP and CXO level; navigate matrixed customer organizations.
- Accountable for quantified targets across revenue growth, order booking, operating margin, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
- Speak to Salesforce in depth — both functionally and technically at the individual cloud level.
- Drive sales and demand generation/capture through disciplined pipeline review on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
- Lead teams in generating proactive opportunities and responding to RFP/RFIs.
- Manage and escalate as needed to ensure resource fulfillment meets revenue and delivery commitments.
- Conduct scheduled engagement reviews between customers and delivery leaders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience driving rapid growth in accounts within a global delivery model.
- Prior experience managing a large team (50+ people) on an engagement valued at $5M+ in a leadership role is required.
- Strong executive presentation skills; able to navigate multiple layers of a customer organization.
- Proven ability to manage large Salesforce projects and functions across multiple time zones.
- Experience leading multi‑cultural, globally distributed delivery teams.
- Based in Dallas, TX with minimum 4 days per week in the office.
- Strong Energy, Healthcare, or Medical Industry domain background is desirable.
- Experience with medical equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, and/or Salesforce Technical Architect.
Salary Range
$165k – $220k per year
