Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager, located in Charlotte, NC. The District Manager will oversee multiple retail locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and achieving financial goals. They will lead and mentor store managers, develop strategies to enhance customer experience, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold company standards.
This role requires fostering a positive team environment while developing associates to achieve their full potential and supporting the company’s operational vision.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management experience with a focus on employee development and performance management
- Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and strategic execution
- Sales planning and financial analysis skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Flexibility to manage multiple locations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the retail or beauty industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
