THE POSITION

If so, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for you as a Clerical Assistant 2 in Region 2 of Retail Operations. This position serves as administrative and clerical support to the regional office and assigned district in the management of Fine Wine and Good Spirits locations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, prioritize confidentiality, possess ability to take direction and assist remotely from a physical location. Duties include:
- Ensuring timeliness, accuracy and taking action on all Electronic Position Action Requests (EPARs)
- Maintaining store's wish lists
- Distributing performance evaluation reminders to all store personnel in the district
- Receiving and replying to all correspondence from Central Office, Regional Office, store personnel, legislators, union representatives, and vendors
- Maintaining an appointment calendar for the district manager including scheduling appointments and interviews
- Tracking leave for all full-time employees

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting salary of $36,108 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Graduation from high school; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
