Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations for multiple Wingstop locations within the district.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor and maintain high operational standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all units.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, working closely with General Managers and on-site teams.
- Utilize company tools and resources to mentor and coach managers, ensuring the development of high-performing teams.
Financial Management:
- Manage district budgets, including sales, labor, and food costs, to ensure profitability.
- Control cash, inventory, property, and equipment at each location.
- Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve cost efficiencies across the district.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff across all locations.
- Foster a positive, high-energy work culture that promotes team collaboration and excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement plans for continuous improvement.
- Develop future leaders by providing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure smooth communication between corporate teams and on-site managers.
- Review and approve staffing schedules, payroll, and other administrative duties.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant management.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
