Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced BFSI Domain Lead (Techno-Functional SME) who brings deep functional expertise combined with strong technical acumen in data, analytics, and AI-led solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a consultative approach, capable of driving digital transformation initiatives across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a domain expert for BFSI engagements, bridging business needs with technology solutions• Drive AI-led solutioning strategies leveraging data, analytics, and emerging technologies• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, solution architecture, and transformation roadmaps• Provide consultative guidance to clients on digital transformation, data modernization, and AI adoption• Lead pre-sales, solution design, and proposal development for BFSI opportunities• Work closely with data engineering, AI/ML, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions• Ensure alignment of solutions with industry regulations, compliance, and best practices• Mentor teams and contribute to building domain capability and thought leadership

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in BFSI domain (Banking / Insurance / Financial Services)• Deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI/ML solutions• Proven ability in techno-functional roles, combining business and technical expertise• Experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic solutioning• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., risk, compliance, governance in BFSI)• Hands-on exposure to data ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP), data warehousing, and AI tools• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Experience in AI-led transformation programs within BFSI• Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI use cases in financial services• Background in solution architecture or enterprise consulting
