Job Title: Drilling, Completion & Well Intervention DrafterLocation: Balikpapan, East KalimantanEmployment Type: ContractKey Responsibility:Support Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention Engineers in preparing well program documentation, End of Well Reports, Operational summaries, Well schematics, and technical drawings.Prepare well schematics and detailed technical drawings for: Drilling programs, Completion designs, Well intervention operations (slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, etc.).Well program illustrations, translate engineering concepts into clear, accurate, and professional drawings.Maintain proper document control and versioning of all drawings.BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) diagrams, Tubing and casing schematics, Well program illustrations, Update and revise drawings based on engineering feedback and operational changes.Ensure drawings comply with Company standards, Industry standards (API, ISO where applicable)Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Drilling, Completion, Production, HSE)RequirementsEducation Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g. Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering Drafting / Design Engineering)ExperienceMinimum 3–7 years of experience in drafting for oil & gas operationsTechnical Skills:Proficient in drafting software AutoCAD (mandatory), SolidWorks / Inventor (preferred), MS Office especially Winword, Excel, Power point, Power BI, Visio.Familiar with software/tools such as Landmark (WellPlan / Compass), wellviewFamiliar with oil & gas well schematics, Casing & tubing design, BHA configuration, Wellhead and downhole equipmentUnderstanding of Drilling and completion processes, Well intervention techniquesAbility to interpret Engineering drawings, Technical specifications, Well program documentsSoft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & especially writing and comprehensive English)Ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong document management disciplineTeam-oriented with proactive attitudePlease submit:Updated CVPortfolio of previous well schematics / technical drawings (if available)Important NoteOnly candidates with relevant oil & gas drafting experience will be shortlisted.
