Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Architect with strong experience in Azure integrations, AWS Connect, and workflow automation platforms (K2/Nintex/SharePoint).This is a rare hybrid role requiring both Microsoft ecosystem expertise and AWS Connect integration experience, with a focus on designing scalable, enterprise-grade CRM solutions. ?️ Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMLead integration of D365 with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)Architect and implement integrations with Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) for contact center solutionsDesign and optimize workflow automation using K2 / Nintex / SharePoint workflowsDefine system architecture, data models, and integration patternsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure scalability, security, and performance of CRM solutionsProvide technical leadership to development teams and review code/designsSupport deployment, testing, and post-go-live stabilization ?
