About the Position About Musera You will be joining an innovative, Manchester-based group of SHEIN brands. Our first brand, Musera, was founded in 2023 and launched in January 2024. It quickly became one of the best-performing brands on the SHEIN platform, driven by a strong focus on innovation, trend‑led design, and a fast‑paced approach to growth.
Building on the success of Musera, we expanded into Sport and Curve, and in October 2024, we launched Musero, our menswear brand. We have ambitious plans to continue expanding into new demographics and product categories in the future. This is your chance to join a brand that is redefining the UK fashion market. Learn more about Musera at Musera SHEIN storefront and @MUSERA. Job Responsibilities Support the day‑to‑day management and growth of our online store, and update the brand’s landing pages on the Shein platform.
Product listing, category population, visual merchandising, and optimisation of styles and overall site performance. Work to ensure a smooth user experience and help increase sales. Home page updates.
Category population and management. Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, and report back to the Head of Product. Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and website analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Trading – image changes, search terms, descriptions, product linking, and attribution. Coordinate with internal teams (Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Studio/Creative). Stay up to date with e‑commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
