AN OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE SUSANNE KAUFMANN TEAM IN THIS IMPORTANT ROLE Ecommerce Manager Close date for applications: 31 October 2025 Role: Ecommerce Manager (Full Time) Reports to: Ecommerce Director Location: London Objectives & Responsibilities Oversee daily management of B2C websites (English and German), including product uploads, launches, and promotions. Work closely with the wider Ecommerce team to achieve B2C sales targets and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Monitor, analyse, and report on all aspects of sales and website performance; share learnings and actionable insights to inform trading decisions and long-term strategy.
Proactively identify and execute sales-driving opportunities based on real-time data, customer insights, and market behaviour. Recommend and implement UX/design improvements to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion rates, using user behaviour and analytics data. Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure site content aligns with brand campaigns, marketing themes, tone of voice, launch timelines, and promotional plans.
Coordinate with Copywriters to deliver high-quality, on-brand website copy. Partner with the Product Development team to ensure product pages accurately reflect product details, ingredients, usage, recommendations, and brand values. Work closely with the CRM Manager to align on CRM strategies — sharing ecommerce insights and leveraging customer data to inform activity and segmentation.
Manage on-site personalisation tools to deliver tailored content and experiences based on customer behaviour and data. Provide technical oversight for B2B websites. Act as the primary point of contact for the web development agency, managing day-to-day communication and project progress.
Project manage all web development initiatives — from briefing and tracking to testing and delivery — ensuring timely, high-quality execution under the Ecommerce Director’s guidance. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecommerce best practices; bring forward ideas and innovations to enhance performance and customer engagement. Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in ecommerce.
Proven experience with Shopify (essential). Experience with ContentSquare or Hotjar (preferred). Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
