We have an exciting opportunity of E-Commerce Channel Growth Manager - UK & EU for our MNC FMCG client based in London, UK. Role Title: E-Commerce Channel Growth Manager – UK & EU Location: London UK Reports To: Business Head – Americas & Europe Role Purpose The Ecommerce Channel Growth Manager – UK & EU will own and drive Client's International eCommerce business across the UK & EU markets, with responsibility for their all products. The role will act as the end-to-end business owner for UK & EU eCommerce channels — with a strong focus on Amazon and other regional e-tail platforms.
This includes managing brand building, performance marketing, sales growth, content optimization, and operational excellence . Key Responsibilities Business Ownership Lead portfolio performance across Amazon UK, Amazon EU marketplaces, and other regional eCommerce platforms (Boots.com, Superdrug.com, Ocado, niche beauty/wellness e-tailers). Own the P&L for UK & EU eCommerce channels; deliver topline growth and profitability targets.
Develop and execute account-specific eCommerce business plans. Brand Building & Performance Marketing Drive brand visibility and equity online through content optimization, ratings & reviews management, and storefront development. Lead performance marketing strategies on Amazon and other platforms (AMS, Sponsored Ads, DSP, Deals, Coupons, Promotions).
Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure digital campaigns and activations are aligned with brand positioning. Analytics & Insights Leverage platform analytics (Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium10, etc.) to track performance, shopper behavior, and competitive benchmarks. Generate actionable insights for category growth and portfolio optimization.
Provide management dashboards on KPIs (traffic, conversion, share of voice, sales velocity, profitability). Operational Excellence Work with logistics, supply chain, and local teams to ensure high fill rates, on-time availability, and platform compliance . Coordinate with platform partners on demand planning, promotions, and supply alignment.
Support pricing, margin management, and customer service excellence. Team Management Manage and mentor one direct report responsible for analytics and logistics coordination. Build cross-functional alignment with regional sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Candidate Profile Experience 8+ years of experience in eCommerce channel management. Strong expertise in Amazon growth management (brand building + performance marketing). Experience with global eCommerce operations (UK/EU/US markets) strongly preferred.
Prior FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Healthcare eCommerce experience desirable. Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of Amazon ecosystem (AMS, A+ Content, SEO, DSP, promotions). Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights-based actions.
Proven commercial acumen with ownership of P&L or sales growth targets. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with platform partners. Ability to work in a global matrix setup and collaborate across geographies.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred). Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and eCommerce analytics tools. #Ecommercejobs #londonjobs
