Location: West Midlands (On-site/Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time We are a specialist recruitment business partnering with a well-established retail client based in the West Midlands. Due to continued growth and investment in their digital channels, they are now seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale their online operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving retail business with strong brand presence and ambitious growth plans.

The Role As E-Commerce Manager, you will take full ownership of online trading performance, digital strategy, and the customer journey. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimising conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth Manage and optimise the company website, merchandising, and product listings Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social Analyse performance data and implement improvements to increase conversion and average order value Manage third-party marketplaces and online retail platforms Work cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and operations teams Monitor competitor activity and industry trends What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar digital retail role Strong understanding of online trading, digital marketing, and performance analytics Experience with major e-commerce platforms and analytics tools Commercially driven with a data-led approach to decision-makingStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills What’s On Offer Salary of £50,000 Opportunity to shape and lead the digital growth strategy Join a forward-thinking retail business with ambitious plans Career progression opportunities If you’re an experienced e-commerce professional ready for your next challenge, we’d love to speak with you.
