The Opportunity
Safavieh is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Ecommerce Sales Assistant to join our team at headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in ecommerce and sales within the home furnishings industry.
You will gain hands-on experience working with major retail partners, managing digital product catalogs and supporting initiatives that directly impact online growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and launch product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms
- Maintain accurate product data including pricing, imagery and multimedia assets
- Audit listings regularly to ensure consistency, accuracy and brand standards
- Support the sales team in managing digital catalogs for key retail accounts
- Monitor partner websites to verify product content is current and properly displayed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute projects efficiently
- Assist with client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of related experience is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
