Responsibilities

• Design and drafting of power distribution, lighting and voice/data using REVIT; Assist Project Managers to meet client deliverables; Coordinate with the design team.
• Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.
• Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• REVIT Skills mandatory
• Wire, conduit, and breaker sizing, lighting design, and fire alarm design
• Ability to review, interpret, and apply building codes in different jurisdictions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to identify potential risks and report them to the PMs
• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or other related fields
• Motivated and passionate about designing building systems
• Committed to meet deadlines
• Adaptability and ability to pivot to meet on-demand requests on short notice
• Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time
• Minimize repeat work due to client and AHJ comments
• Technical Diploma, C.E.T designation or EIT designation all acceptable
• Team player
