Electrical Project Manager/Estimator

Base Pay Range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Location: Houston, Texas

We are working with a leader in the electrical industry serving the Greater Houston area who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in Commercial and Industrial projects, they are at the forefront of innovative electrical technology and smart building solutions.

This role focuses on Design Assist projects, working closely with owners, engineers, and field teams to deliver high-quality, innovative electrical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical project management experience
• Design Assist or design-build experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Commercial and Industrial electrical construction projects, from design development to final completion
• Lead Design Assist efforts by collaborating with owners, engineers, general contractors, and internal teams to optimize electrical system design, constructability, and cost
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and manpower planning
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local electrical codes
• Coordinate with field supervision to drive productivity, quality, and schedule adherence
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
