Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging instruction for an elementary classroomDifferentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Integrate core subjects with creative, project-based and STEAM-focused learning Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment Collaborate with colleagues to support multi-age learning experiences Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families QualificationsBachelors degree in education or related field Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education) Strong classroom management and instructional skills Passion for innovative teaching practices, including project-based learning Ability to integrate arts into core academic instruction Excellent communication and teamwork skills
