They support enterprise and large-scale clients by delivering cross-channel marketing programs, advisory services, and operational guidance, while emphasizing mentorship, strategic development, and team enablement across remote teams.

✍ Short Description:
The Email Marketing Manager owns the strategic direction and long-term success of enterprise client accounts. The role focuses on developing lifecycle marketing roadmaps, leading client relationships, providing execution oversight, and mentoring internal team members. The position ensures programs drive measurable growth, improve retention, and elevate both client and departmental strategic maturity, requiring hands-on experience with tools such as Klaviyo or Braze.

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
