Engagement Manager

• Manage in-Store Rollout program, in all aspects for Client.
• Program Manager, with Retail/Store-Rollout experience preferred
• Senior level person, who can handle both Business and IT equally well but with more focus on the Business part
• Atlanta in-person/office location, to deal with both business and IT stakeholders
• Will be responsible for orchestrating the store rollouts including business strategy

1. This will involve working with Legal, commercial agreements and contracts when dealing with the non Client /Client-owned stores (about 4000 of the 6500 stores in the targeted rollout; remaining are Client -owned
2. Release Schedules (plans for the conversion/rollout, dependencies covered above, IT requirements (network/bandwidth increase, etc.), trainings for team... before rollout team engages with the store for the actual rollout)
