Project Manager Position
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The project manager is responsible for managing projects to ensure project goals are met.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Other duties may be assigned

- Ability to communicate with the electronic engineers' team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- BS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology required with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (Microsoft Project), methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience working with customers, sales, and engineering teams
- Innovative thinker and problem solver. Willingness to push for better solutions
- Professional English in written and verbal form; professional presentation skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time

- Project management with overseas teams: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electronic & automotive design projects managing: 1 year
- Microsoft Project: 1 year (Preferred)
- Project leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- US citizenship (Preferred) or authorization to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
