About the Role
We're looking for an Engineering Manager with strong technical depth and real AI experience to lead a team delivering enterprise-grade software across AI, middleware, UI, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not a coordination role.
ResponsibilitiesLead architecture and delivery of a cloud-native enterprise platformBuild and ship AI-powered capabilities (LLMs, automation, intelligent workflows)Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers operating across multiple domainsCreate a strong ownership culture (engineers own build + quality end-to-end)Eliminate single-point dependencies and grow multi-skilled engineersDrive AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle to improve productivity
Qualifications10+ years in software engineering with strong technical foundations3+ years leading engineering teamsExperience building and shipping enterprise SaaS or platform productsProduction experience with AI/LLM technologies (must have)Engineers who grew into leaders - not career managersAbility to lead small, high-impact teams in fast-moving environments Required SkillsBackend / Middleware: Python, microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ/RedisFrontend: React, TypeScriptAI: Generative AI, LLM integrations, agentic workflowsCloud: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
