Join our high-performing team as an English Customer Service representative at PT Concentrix Services Indonesia, a leading provider of global customer experience solutions. In this full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries and concerns, also play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role divided only 3 shifting hours (15.00 / 17.00 / 19.00).
What you'll be doingHandle inbound customer live chats with patience, empathy and professionalismProvide accurate and timely information to address customer queries and concernsIdentify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for efficient resolutionMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as neededContribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and proceduresActively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
What we're looking forExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (minimum B2)Minimum education D3/S1No experience needed, Fresh Graduates are welcome to applyStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiriesExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customersAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work in Night ShiftsWilling to work on site in Surakarta
