Estates & Operations CoordinatorLocation: AltrinchamSalary: £28,000 (actual salary) £17.94 per hour (pro-rata equivalent £37,333 FTE)Hours: 30 hours per week (6 hours per day, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm)Permanent roleBenefits: Pension, 22 days holiday, car parking, on-site café discountsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Estates & Operations Coordinator to join a busy and supportive Estates team based in AltrinchamThis is a key support role, working closely with the Estates and Operations Manager to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll play an important part in maintaining systems, coordinating admin processes, supporting compliance activity, and ensuring everything behind the scenes is well organised and on track.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable support.Responsibilities Supporting daily estates and operational activitiesManaging admin tasks including scheduling, reporting, and documentationKeeping systems, records, and databases accurate and up to dateMonitoring key dates such as contracts, leases, and compliance renewalsSupporting onboarding and internal processesActing as a point of contact for operational queries from tenants and visitorsLiaising with internal teams and external suppliers to support service deliveryPreparing documents, spreadsheets, and general office administrationTaking meeting notes and maintaining clear recordsSupporting compliance checks, audits, and documentation trackingRequirements:We're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicating with a range of stakeholdersComfortable juggling multiple prioritiesProactive and able to use initiative with minimal supervisionCompetent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)Professional, reliable, and calm under pressureExperienceMinimum 3+ years' experience in an administrative, operational, facilities, or support roleExperience in a property, estates, or facilities environment is beneficial but not essentialWhy Apply?This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive environment where your work genuinely contributes to the smooth running of operations.
