Estates Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join our property and asset management team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring effective estate management, compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering high-quality property services across residential and/or commercial assets. This is a key role supporting asset performance, tenant engagement, and long-term property sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of estates, ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant with statutory and regulatory requirementsUndertake regular estate inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issuesOversee landlord and tenant matters including lease management, rent reviews, lease renewals, and service charge administrationEnsure compliance with health & safety legislation, including fire safety, asbestos, and building safety requirementsManage contractors and consultants, ensuring works are delivered to specification, budget, and quality standardsSupport asset management strategies and contribute to long-term property planningHandle property-related queries, disputes, and escalations from tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholdersPrepare reports, valuations, and recommendations for senior managementMonitor service charge expenditure and ensure accurate financial reportingLiaise with internal teams including legal, housing, and maintenance departmentsAbout YouDegree qualified or equivalent experience in Estate Management, Surveying, or related fieldIdeally MRICS or working towards RICS chartershipStrong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and property legislationExperience in estate management, property compliance, or asset managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to manage multiple properties and priorities effectivelyProficient in property management systems and Microsoft OfficeIf you have the relevant skills then please apply today!
