We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our Operations team in planning and executing corporate team retreats across Asia and beyond.This role sits just below the Project Manager level and is perfect for someone who loves organization, communication, and being at the heart of event execution — while learning fast in a high-growth environment.
The Role
As an Event Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of team retreats by working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and clients.You’ll help ensure that every detail — from logistics to timelines — is aligned so our retreats run smoothly and exceed client expectations.This is a remote position, working with an international team across multiple time zones.
What you’ll doSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate team retreatsAssist Project Managers with timelines, client calls, checklists, and operational follow-ups.Coordinate with hotels, activity providers, transport partners, and local vendorsHelp manage event logistics (rooming lists, schedules, activities, transfers, etc.)Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external partnersTrack deliverables and help anticipate potential operational issuesSupport budget tracking and supplier confirmationsMaintain organized documentation and post-event reports

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Business, or related field1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, DMC, travel, or hotel operationsExperience with corporate groups or MICE is a strong plusConfident communicating with vendors and internal teamsProficient English speakingComfortable working with timelines, spreadsheets, and structured processesBONUS: Previous experience in a DMC, Event Organizer, or Hotel MICE team
