The role of the Event Coordinator is to support the production team to execute project components and ensure clear and aligned communications between team members and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doingSchedule meetings and document detailed notes to support project coordinationBook external resources as needed/directed (crew members, facilities, travel)Maintain and update tracking reports, schedules, action lists, and project status to ensure timely deliveryProcess vendors onboarding and invoices for paymentAssist in reconciling costs against budget as directedContribute to research, presentations, and creative development tasks

The person we are looking for, would ideally haveExperience, Diplomas/ Degree in Events, Hospitality, Theater (Set Design, Stage Management, Lighting Design, etc.), and CommunicationsExcellent attention to detail, leaving nothing to chanceExpertise in scheduling, note-taking and using Microsoft toolsAbility to work under tight deadlinesPassion for supporting, engaging and contributing to creating a sustainable workplace that fosters creativity and innovationDrive to better themselves and grow alongside the business
