Executive Administrative Assistant - Canada
Join our Canadian headquarters in the core of downtown Toronto as an Administrative Executive Assistant reporting to the Vice President and General Manager and supporting the commercial Canadian Leadership Team. This role is ideal for an experienced mid- to senior‑level administrative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Location: Canada – CHQ – Ontario – Toronto
Compensation: $82,900 – $114,000 per year
Role Expectations
- Perform diversified administrative duties, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Act as a key contributor on several internal program teams (employee engagement, onboarding, networking).
- Organize and prepare content for internal and customer national meetings, including IT and logistics.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
- Compile data to prepare papers or presentations.
- Manage purchase order process and payment processing for expenses.
- Ensure fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the team.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other projects and duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience supporting a senior executive or team.
- Superior communication skills in English, French language skills considered an asset.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficient in managing audio‑visual setup and troubleshooting for virtual and in‑person meetings.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed with ability to work independently and in project teams.
- Detail‑oriented and organized self‑starter and problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Sound judgment with ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
- Comfortable interacting with high‑level executives, customers, and front‑line employees.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
